Cocoa Mochi Squares



Ingredients:


  • 2 Cups mochiko (Rice Flour)

  • 1 3/4 cups sugar

  • 3 Tbsp Cocoa

  • 1 Tbsp Baking soda

  • 1 Can Evaporated milk (12 oz)

  • 1 Can Coconut milk (12 oz)

  • 1/4 Cup Butter, melted

  • 2 eggs


Directions:


Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 9” x 13” pan.


Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour. Cool before cutting (use a plastic knife).


Makes 64 pieces.
